The youngster has a birthday coming up,so I have been getting together a set of (21)tracks for an all killer,no filler playlist(from his birth year 1996).
The music searchs go heavy on the poptastic hits,so some alternative indie type would go down better.
So far:-
Faithless .. Insomnia
Everything But The Girl ..Missing
The Prodigy .. Firestarter
Underworld .. Born Slippy
The Chemical Brother..Setting Sun
Dodgy..Good Enough
The Smashing Pumpkins ..1979
Fun loving criminals..Scooby snacks
Radiohead ..High And Dry

Do your worst.....please 😉

Return of the Mack, Mark Morrison

Ready to Go, Republica

Setting Sun, Chemical Bros (you had already)

Firestarter, Prodigy (you had already)

Ooh, Ahh, Just a little bit, Gina G (Only because she played the Engineers Ball that year at uni - this will mean nothing to your son)

1996 was, indeed, the peak of musical achievement for the entire history of man 🙂

96 was my 3rd year at uni

I always think I'm looking back on the tunes of the day with rose tinted specs, but having read some of the choices I forgot how great it was..
