I'm not the most technically adept, but used beartunnel on hols a couple of weeks ago in Italy when I found that I could not watch the TDF on ITV4.
Worked fine and was easy to set up.
Only 500mb is free so depends on what you are using it for?

I used something last year but i must have removed it from the iPad 🙄
