All the puddings. All of them. I've yet to eat a pudding or dessert that I didn't like.
This.
I couldn't give you my favourite. As close as I could get would be declaring that it isn't a mousse.
I discovered affogato at an ice cream farm near Dumfries, lovely stuff. I've tried to recreate it at home but I can't get it right, it either melts the ice cream too quick or the espresso is too cold and a bit ming.
It's an excuse to go back though eh
Could have saved you all a lot of trouble ..its Hairy Mary Berrys version of this ..

Yep too many weirdo’s here.
CHEESECAKE is the answer.
Butterscotch angel delight with a tiramisu chaser.
Or ice cream and cake. Any cake.
Or just cake.
Or just ice cream.
Cherry pie is rather nice too.
Anything that my daughter bakes, her cheesecakes are amazing. Latest cheesecake in the fridge is a Terry's chocolate orange one. This week we have had Christmas pudding and mince pie chocolate brownies. She has just dropped off Cadburys Double decker cupcakes.
