My cake of choice is a Lemon cake loaf with almonds sprinkled over the top
nice with a good cuppa at any time of the day.

Christmas cake, or on the lighter side, a nice lemon drizzle.
There'a a chocolate "cake" in the River Cafe cook book whose only ingredients are eggs, dark chocolate and sugar. I can eat about three spoonfulls before I want to be sick. 🙂
