Can anyone recommend a really good recording of this? Every recording I hear seems to be muted and a little distant, like you are hearing it through a wall.
The most enjoyable one I have heard recently was by an amazing woman whose name I forget. She was in Theresienstadt (spelling?). Anyway, she was interviewed when she was 98 and she still plays about 2 hours a day - and apparently at 106 still does! The recording of her playing was really bright and put my copy into the shade.
Anyway, any ideas folks?

Can't give a catagoric answer - but if there's a "Christopher Hogwood" version, it may be worth tracking down ?
