As title, the app no longer seems to work. Has been buggy and slow all week, but now just displays the logo on a black screen (no station selection or anything). Anyone else finding this?
IPlayer was REALLY slow this morning also. Wonder if the BBC are having multiple app issues...?

I've just uninstalled the app, and installed again from the Play store. Still freezes at the logo with black background...
Perhaps I need a new tablet, it's been proper beasted in the years I've had it.

I'm getting the same issue now. Won't load. Hangs on logo screen.
When you uninstall it, does it clear its cache? Long shot but, that might be something to try.

TL;DR: try without Wi-Fi (assuming you have an alternative), or reboot the Internet router.
