Watching BBC news this morning and they had a report on Bristol and teh problem of bike theft.
Quite an interesting bit whereby a PCSO dressed up as a theft with bolt croppers and set about bikes in public places, in an attempt to get people to ring 999 or stop him. Nobody rang 999 nor did people stop him, one person even watch for a minute and then walk off. He also asked somebody to hold the bolt croppers 😆
Now if I saw somebody trying to make off with a bike I think the very least i'd do is approach him and stop him!
I'm not sure I'd trust your powers of observation though. 😕

😆 I even looked through the past few pages to see if somebody had posted. Ah well.
