Spam? Euch! That's not food, it's rubber. I just don't eat crap like that.

Although the thought of SPAM is repugnant to many (food snobs??) , it is actually 'better' on a nutritional basis than almost all other commercial meat products with respect to % meat and additives.

If you've eaten a caff sausage, bacon buttie, burger etc you've eaten worse than SPAM............

+1

Tinned meat is generally revolting. I don't care how 'good' it may be, it's processed crap and I'd rather spend 10 times the price on nice thick cut bacon from the butchers, fresh free range eggs and a floury loaf from the bakers and make a sarnie out of that, thanks.

Wow. That chicken in a can is quite beautiful.

Ton - I've got a huge t-shirt with the Spam logo on it. Do you want it?

I'm actually intrigued as to what a bacon, spam and tomato butty tastes like now. I'm not remotely intrigued to find out what a tinned chicken tastes like.

I'm having brussels pate on toast. Yummy!

Freshly brewed coffee for me. After a few days on a training course stuffing my face with all manner of crap I shall be enjoying a nice healthy salad for lunch.

No, really!

canned bread and whole chicken is populare= with survivalist types in their homemade bunkers I imagine

I love that the chicken is "fully Cooked' but is whiter in complexion than an albino with swine flu ..........

not sure if thats better than those pre-cooked chickens in Asda and safeway - god knows what they use to make them that orange colour
