I got back from a ride on Sunday evening and ever since I have had a strange/slightly sore sensation down the front top part of my left leg...
There is a tingling sensation, along with quite a large patch of numbness, its really uncomfortable and starting to hurt a little...
Any ideas ?

As it isn't going away and is in fact getting worse I would see the doc.

Could be Penal-Sensory-Disfaraction Syndrome.
Try rubbing Deep Heat into your tallywacker.
