[Closed] Are you looking for a place to live in Salford/Manchester?

Not sure if this is better in Chat or Classifieds...

I've just rented a three bedroom house in Salford with a friend, but we need a third person. We're both students at Salford Uni and the house is only a 5 minute walk from campus, so it's ideal if you're a student. But we're both mid-20s and not very 'studenty' so we're not bothered.

£345 a month including bills and internet. We might have Sky+ too, if we can get round to sorting it out. Would suit girl or guy (one of each already), non smoker, non partying-til-the-wee-hours-type.
