Mate of mine is having a bit of a mare with an architect over a passive house build.
In simple terms, the architect is unfamiliar with the technologies and skills, so he needs recommendations for someone take the job over.
Also the current architect doesn't do build project management - isn't that something you would expect to be on offer (obviously paid for) from any architect worth his salt?
