We used Gordon Melrose at Selkirk when we did our annex.

Yes we had Gordon lined up to do it but project taken a while to get started in this time he has retired unfortunately leaving me a bit stuck
We just had work done. Was going to use Gordon but ended up using someone else. Our builders (who were awesome) said Gordon’s drawings can be a bit of a nightmare to actually build
We used Alan McGill in Gala. Good technician with very accurate drawings but no imagination. If you know exactly what you want and just need someone to draw it then he is fine and good value. If you want creative solutions to challenges then look elsewhere. I think he is very busy though.
Just need an inspection and signature!
