Just got a new iPhone, want to get my apps and tunes restored onto it, but can't get back into iTunes because I've forgotten my Apple ID. But when I go through either the security questions or email options to get my info back, the website says the email's been sent but it never shows, or via security questions it claims I've got the info wrong - but it's my mum's maiden name and D.O.B, which I know is right.

Check the spam folder for your email account - the messages might well be in there.
