As above, I've just bought a Kindle Fire 10hd primarily for watching Sky Go, despite Amazon saying it's compatible, whenever I watch anything live or catch-up there's an odd noise "tch" in the audio.
This happens every 5 seconds or so and is really noticeable when trying to listen to dialogue.
I've googled it and apparently some android devices are susceptible to this!
So my question is does anyone have a 10inch android tablet that works with Sky Go?
Obviously the Kindle will be going back to Amazon asap.
Cheers

We've got a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet, it's 10.1" I think. Runs SkyGo just fine, except when the All Blacks are on and Sky NZ's hamster runs out of steam. That's not an app issue though...

Not sure what version of Android it's running. We bought it about three years ago, seem to recall it last updated about 6 months ago so possibly 6.0?

[edit: quick google tells me it was probably v7.0, don't have it handy to check.)

Running the Sky Q and Sky Go apps on my OnePlus 3 - both were fine with Android 7 a few days ago, both are still fine with Android 8 today.

So based on the replies so far it looks like a £100 tablet isn't going to cut it.

Works fine on a now very old Nexus 10. Great screen and probably cheap now.
