Santander have finally irritated me enough to move my ISA... Looking at instant access, has to be able to take a transfer, so 2.85 is the best I've found, with Virgin/Northern Rock.
But Principality do a 2.8% ethical ISA, which I'm tempted by... Just wondered if anyone's got any experience of them. It's Santander's customer service that's driven me away so not wanting to fall into another mess like that...
