Even after stretching I feel like I want to crack my back, wondering if foam roller might help? Ideally I'd have daily massage but not really a practical option 😉

Found it quite hard on lower back, upper back roller works well.

I generally sit with my legs crossed and twist the opposite way to crack my lower back

I find this works well to crack lower back:

- Put your beer down somewhere safe, lie down on your back, legs straight.
- Bend right leg fully, so knee is up and right foot is against your arse.
- Twist your lower trunk so that your right knee tries to touch the ground on your LHS. Keep your shoulders flat on the floor.
- repeat on other side.
