For me, it comes and goes but mean I'm hardly riding my bike.

Do you reckon it makes it worse, time to sell the bike or not?

Any good experiences/advice/remedies?

I scared myself *&(&%*$^%£$ when I first found out what I had and Googled it.

Something I've been living with for 15 years and fortunately it manifests as a pretty simple abscess in my groin which flares up then dissipates after a couple of days...there are some truly horrific cases out there 🙁

Really looking for peoples experience in managing it (there's no cure) - I'm not sure taking lots of antibiotics is the answer
