I keep getting a "Please specify a delivery method and check your address entered is valid" whenever I try to checkout. Tried Chrome, Firefox, IE and edge, also tried my android tablet and phone all get the same message. Tried my address and lots of others - all the same error.

Finally got an email response and not a common issue. Can anyone else check if they're getting this issue (it's at the first checkout stage before entering card details) as it's driving me mad as they're the only ones with what I need in stock (which may be due to the impossibility to order!)

Thanks!

Rung them - been told that what I'm saying is not true. Email been a bit more helpful but barely.

Nah or not online at least. It's only a set of gloves to be honest and it was trying to replace a set my fiancé lost that she really liked. I'll have a look at what's similar

Yeah, I also tried that. To quote "unfortunately I'm unable to take orders by phone or email"

Hmmm, just had almost the same with M&S, despite using the address finder function it kept sending me back to input a valid address. In the end I gave up and will collect in store. Wonder if they use the same software/database and it's encountered a bug
