If so how do you find customers? owners direct holiday lettings or others?

I use [url= http://www.spain-holiday.com ]Spain-holiday.com [/url] to rent our our beach houses in Summer. We get lots of Scandinavians making inquiries. I guess they are the ones with all the money.
Not much use if your villa is not in Spain though.
