We have a stand this year but have heard all sorts of stories saying it might be cancelled due to the weather. It's chucked it down all day, which hasn't helped, and supposed to be setting up tomorrow - anyone heard anything similar?
was on the local news its still going ahead, and a chap i work with was there today setting up a young farmers stand,
Look North news said the show is going ahead. Showed contractors putting gravel and duckboards down.
It's not rained much at all today - a downpour before lunch and light rain about 5pm (my report from Harrogate hospital/Pannal Ash) - so no more than 2 miles or so from the Showground. Organisers saying it is definitely doing ahead from all I've read.
Wednesday and Thursday have just been cancelled.
