I've been doing a lot of training recently and fancy having a bash at my 10k PB before I get too old (37 in May!) I reckon a couple of training races over a couple of months to see how I am in a race situation and then go for the PB in around 8-10 weeks time and want to get some dates in the diary so I can get training with a purpose...
I'll do some specific speed training in the meantime as well as regular runs.
