..the pistachio one.. I know there is youtube and google.. But would like to hear from someone who can really do personally., and might ask to teach me if possible...miss Roma 😐 and going back there just to eat gelato is quite expensive

what khani said although you can use cheep ones that you cool in the freezr first rather than that.
The best recipies mostly start with making egg custard, so practice that first before moving onto icecream.
