My Octavia is currently with those guys having a service. Will report back later if you like, but so far they have been good - responded to my email enquiry (2 Skoda stealers didnt), were really helpful on the phone and offered free use of courtesy car (provided I insured it) - Skoda dealers were rude and obnoxious to the point where I hung up on one of them. The owner (Steve) seems like a nice bloke too.

Issue I had was a bit remote - right toward end of Met/Jubilee line, so it was slowest trip in the owrld to central lonodn this am.
