Possibly a bit cheeky but I need two roof mounted bike carriers for a week and a bit in the middle of May (from the 13th to the 22nd)? There are four of us off to Scotland for a week and the other two going, despite being asked to source carriers, haven't. They have a Saris Bones carrier which I'm sure they think they're going to get away with using but I really don't want to use it as we'll need access to the boot a lot for dog and other stuff.
If anybody has two carriers that they're happy to be without for a week and a bit and wants the price of a cycling top or a few bottle of wine for the use of them, then let me know. They'll be for road bikes so any configuration is fine. Also, of course, if they get damaged or lost in any way, I'd replace them with new.
Just hoping someone out there has something lying around that I can use.

I can't cycle anywhere as I have a ******* ruptured Achilles, so if you want to borrow them give me a shout.

Ah dude, that's brilliant. I just need the carriers, I have the roof rack and bars etc. Consider it pencilled in and I'll sort you out with some cash or alcohol, whichever you fancy. Star. I'm closer to town but will email you to sort out picking them up.
