We are looking to move in the next few months, me and my wife (childless couple) are after northamptonshire village location (or outskirts of northampton).
We are after someone who is looking to rent to us long term (or at least not sell for a few years).
We have two well behaved, middleaged, non messy, jack russells, so need a garden.
Ideally a bungalow, but a 2 bed house would do.
My missus has a chest condition and so we receive Dissability Living Allowance and Housing Benefit, we have been assessed as eligible for a two bed property.
On the downside this makes it very difficult for us to find a landlord as Letting Agents assume Benefits claimants are unpleasant.
On the upside we are a 30 year old degree educated couple who wish to rent long term with a Credit Crunch proof means of paying your rent.
