I suffer with Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome and its a blooming nuisance, whilst it doesnt hinder my cycling it does stop me from running - which I love.
I've had the surgical operation to relieve the pressure in both of my calves but it still persists in my right leg.
Are there any others on here with this and if so have you found any useful tips/physio that helps ?
