Feeling wretched. Been struck down again, just over two weeks since my last bout at New Year.
Annoying thing is I know a millionaires shortbread would cure me, but new healthy diet forbids it.

Confused.
So you are currently stood in a train carriage and equal amounts of men and women are coughing, feeling worn out and quietly clearing their throats.
Does this mean the women in the carriage are suffering from flu-like symptoms and the men are just being big girls blouses?

Not man-flu, but I did wake up this morning feeling really sick and my legs ache.
I feel quite bummed to be honest as I was wanting to go out for a ride today 🙁
