Haven't been to a festival for years, my last one was V97!
Some mates are going to the beautiful days and asked us, fancy seeing the levellers and wonderstuff for old times sake.... it seems ok, havent heard many of the line up, also its not corporate which is cool.

this year will be my third year,im hoping that this year is not a mudfest like the last two years.
Its a great festival,proper old skool,you can take your own drink into the main arena,no 16 year old screamers,quite family orientated.

I haven't but friends have. They enjoy it as a more relaxed weekend festival compared to many of the bigger ones, they really like the general type of music/bands that's on there too - which helps!
again, my experience is vicarious, but it took my mate 11 hours to get out of the carpark last year!
otherwise he likes it. a bit on the 'hippy' side, so ok, if you like that sort of thing.
Never been to a festival. That looks ok. I see Gong are on. 'Opium for the peeeople!' 🙂
I have been 4 times - it really is very good. Usually a good mix of punk/folk/reggae on the 2 main stages which makes a change from some of the 'festivals' nowadays that are just whoever is in the charts.
We have taken our lad to three of them - not going this year because we are in France (and my car has only just recovered after being dragged through the muddy field last year)
Recommended.
