after a favour - want to try the last of the old models (so 15-18 I think) not the new new shaped one with funny side bits out this yearish for size.
I have an 07 one and I'm told the later model is slightly longer, so want to see if ebike fits - so want to take out single seat, put sheet in for cover and try bike down the side with the front wheel out

Assuming you get a higher trim level, the rear seats come out individually, so can remove middle seat and roll bike in. Rear wheel sits between back of front seats.
are you near Oxford/Swindon/Reading, it might be replacement car time (MOT due and I think it will fail) - so I really want to try the ebike for length in a 16-17? model berlingo - it's a pita as the normal bikes fit fine in mine but the ebike is 'modern' - so longer AND 27.5 plus tyres and a bit too long
Can't you just take your bike to go and view one? Is what I did when I bought my last van.
FWIW I can fit two Xl 26" Nicolai Helius'in the boot of my 14 plate Berlingo, keeping the bikes intact if I remove one of the rear seats.
