With it being the 29th of February are any of the STW ladies planning to propose? Or have any of the men had a marriage proposal? Or is marriage as outdated as 26 inch wheels around here?

You could be onto something there.

I've given up, almost, on proposing or being proposed to, at 42 yrs.

I'm married already and all, but I'd have loved to be proposed to.

The whole thing where she announces that he is now obliged to propose in a spontaneous manner is so tedious.

I was proposed to on 29/2/1988

Too early to say if it was worth accepting ๐Ÿ˜‰

Any proposals?

Yeah! Got a really good one from BT that could save us thousands over the next 12 months.

I proposed to the Twittersphere, it went like this:
"Anyone want to marry me? Posh frock & piss up on the day, a lifetime of biking and other outdoorsy fun thereafter... :)"
There was some mild interest but no firm offers. Never mind, there's always next leap year. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I proposed to do a 50 mile ride crossing that backbone of England, the Pennines, twice. I did it, and was pleasantly surprised to do so in the first clement weather I have experienec yet this year.

..probably not what you meant, actually.
