Having heard various horror stories recently where people have been forced into selling their homes after going into care I wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction to get help in establishing a trust that would both protect the owner ( in this case my mother) from an unwished sale whilst she is still alive and the property from the grasp of the social services should she ever need to go into care?
Is this something you can do yourself?
