Been using a walking stick for a while now, I've managed to get the use down to longer walks now. The problem I have is that my right knee still kind of gives way when walking, but only now and then. Just back from the shops and if I hadn't been pushing the baby in his buggy I'd have fell over.
Do I just have to keep using the stick, or is nearly/possibly falling over a risk I need to take? Really trying to get rid of the stick full time
