[Closed] Any Outlook gurus out there? (contains boring work content)

I'm having issues with duplicate emails because clients often send me emails to name@company.com and cc them to clientname@company.com - the latter being a group address that goes to a number of people.

The point of including clientname@ is that other people in the team can jump on stuff when I'm not around but it's leading to be me getting two copies of the email when I apply a rule so that emails from a client or sent to the client@ address go into a folder for that client.

Does anyone know how to set the rule up so that I only get one copy of the email and it goes straight to a client folder?
