About a year ago, I had a go with Parallels and VM Ware fusion to run a VM on an M1 pro mac. I wanted to run a Sonoma VM in it. I had issues with browsers not rendering properly in the VM and so gave up - it was an Apple Silicon problem apprently.
Is anyone successfully running Mac OS X VMs on an M* mac? If so, what are you using?

I’ve been occasionally running Linux VMs using UTM, though without desktop environments. If it’s a year since you tried I’d say it’s worth seeing what’s been fixed in the meantime.

Not had need to do it personally but according to the Parallels website it works fine, with a couple of potentially minor caveats.
