[Closed] any employment law types on here

ive just applied for my continual personal development money which according to our works website and applicants guidance notes we are eligible to five years after being classed as fully competent but its been knocked back as it says on the managers guidance notes you have to serve i minimum of eight years so as im two months out i dont get til next year. But ive pointed out it says different in two different places. Do i have any legal chance of getting the money or do i have to suck it and miss out 🙁 cheers. If that makes any sense lol
