I live in a 3 bed semi and im going to extend under the building regs (3metres out), I want full length folding doors - what sort of price would I be looking at to get this up? only a rough estimate

I'll raise you.
1000m2 with no doors. Then add doors at around £1000m a linear metre for aluminium / £650m for UPVC.
