I've been using Avast for years but recently it's started to bloat a bit on my PC and started hogging over 100meg of RAM - even after a clean install. So looking for alternatives I installed MSE and seems to work.

AVG Free. Microsoft Security Essentials is good too.
AVG is nice
I've been using AVG, got sick of MacAfee making it feel like my desktop had a virus. WOn't be renewing subscriptions this year.
FYI, only have [b]one[/b] anti virus program installed.
Probably ought to have a weekly thread like the A&A to discuss this subject!! 😉
