[Closed] Any accountants in? advice needed re new start form

I've just started a new job having been self employed for a number of years.
I am filling out an HMRC starter checklist which asks:

B - This is now my only job but since last 6 April I have had another
job, or received taxable Jobseeker's Allowance, Employment and
Support Allowance or taxable Incapacity Benefit. I do not receive a
State or Occupational Pension.
C - As well as my new job, I have another job or receive a State or
Occupational Pension.

Would additional income from my band which I declare using self assessment count as another job or does this question just relate to income that is taxed at source?

Appreciate any help on this
