I know there's a good knowledge base on here so here goes
We think it's time to swap the Caddy for a T5 & there's a couple of ex RAC T5's kicking around at the moment. Spec's appear quite good i.e tail gate, electric's, a/c, tow bar but the mileage is higher than we ideally wanted (its all about compromise 😉 ).
So on paper it seams like a no brainer for a base for a self conversion to a day van. Anything we should know before we go and look at a couple this weekend?

probably a fair amount of motorway miles, but also plenty time spent idling and lots of towing.

It may have a towing diff. Doesn't limit top speed much but may be longer getting there.
