Apparently my snoring was so bad last night that the wife went and slept on the couch ...

and the 2 cats followed her as well.

Is there anything that can be done ? 😆

Are you overweight? That's a major contributory factor.

Yes - there are these "snoring rings" you get - they work on accupressure. They press on the outside of the little finger.

I had similar problems, and was threatened with lots (including having to head off to the shed one night), but they've largely cured it.

I've put on weight over the christmas period, i'm more a rugby wing forward type build, but i'm not a big fatty. I do need to lose some weight tho.

brant,

the post was a little bit tongue in cheek given the other sleepy threads, but i might actually head out and try and find one of those snore rings and see if it makes a difference.

Tell your wife to stop being picky and go back to sleep. Unless your snoring wakes you up it is her being overly sensitive 😉
