Anyone figured out how to import a GPX (or similar) so I can use my Android phone as basic GPS unit.

I have tried several but can't seem to figure it out, I have seen Viewranger but am trying to see if I can import GPX files I already have saved on my computer.

I have tried My Tracks but can't find any import option, anyone else got this working?

Cheers G

You can do this with Maverick.

You -can- do it with My Tracks, but it's a bit of a hack.

Download Linda File Manager. Browse to the .gpx, and it'll give you an "Open With..." option, like Windows Explorer does. Choose My Tracks, and Robert's your Mother's Brother.
