Can't call it. I think they're all good, no standout one this year.

John Torrode and the other bloke's overdramatisation are the undoubted winners...

They are all very good, this is true, but Shelina has been flawless. 😀

I'd like Tom to win because of his inventiveness, but he can't cut it.
Shelina is original and consistent, but seems to lack true flare.
Andrew is probably the most knowledgable and all-round best chef, but is guilty of literally over-egging the ommelette.

I'm pretty much in agreement with brakes.

Tom is the best and most interesting cook in it, but is a bit flaky.
Andrew tries too hard and has been guilty of a couple of cynical competitive moves (no bad thing really I guess, but feels to me that the contest is more important to him than the food).
Shelina is solid but has nothing going for her other than the ooh-I'm-exotic-and-can use-mango-in-any-number-of-ways factor. Sadly, it looks like that's enough for John and the pudding junkie.

Andrew could win, Tom should win, which means Shelina probably will win.

Having said that, for the first time ever they agreed with me that Tim should have won last time so I'm rooting for Tom.

slainte 😀 rob

Shelina looks like a plump version of Freema Agyeman who is as fit as...

And for that she'll do for me.

Not if you're Sean Connery

Think Shelina will take it as Greg seems somewhat smitten by her.

Shelina or Tom as well... I think Tom has more natural talent but Shelina runs him close and doesn't cock up the timing.

Head says Shelina but heart says Tom - he seems to have way more ambition and inventiveness than the other 2, but if he ran a restaurant you'd better not be in a hurry.

Shelina for me, Those little bhaji things she made last night looked gorgeous, Tom looks like he is permanently about to cry, and Andrew has no eyelids, and that weirds me out.

I reckon Shelina may just edge it, but she does seem a bit of a one trick pony when it comes to ingredients and imagination. Tom is so so so dull, I really hope he doesn't win. Andrew has the imagination and skills - just his timing seems a bit suspect!

Shelina will win.
She is the most marketable after the show, the only one with a genuine USP. Those involved have already spotted the business opportunity, along the lines of a Mauritian Wahaca - like they did with Tomasina Miers. The show has become one long "coming soon" advert for that restaurant. That's the reason behind the mangos, brand creation and reinforcement.
The others may or may not be better chefs (very subjective anyway), but since Aki went out , the editing has been gradually more "pro Shelina". Each episode being based on a eight hour day, with 3 contestants minimum, produces at least 24 hours of footage for them to chose from. You see the bits they want you to, to back up their choice of business investment.

shelina is buggered - too many of her things need to set

It's a RULE of masterchef (I don't watch it but every time I see a bit), the creme brulee / blancmange / jelly / worreva NEVER sets
