Fruit & Fibre with a coffee from the machine at work.

I now leave breakfast until I get to work, as otherwise I am already peckish by the time I get in if I have it at home.
Keep a stash of various cereals under my desk.

Banana and coffee at 6.15.

Ride to work. Glass of water on arrival.

Just had a mug of tea and some Oat So Simple.

My sandwich box is just visible in the corner of my eye, I need to pile more case files in front of it

Two crumpets with a smear of butter. Only because I forgot to get porridge last night and I need something because of the effects of some medication.

Not very satisfying.

Mixture of mornflake jumbo oats and mornflake superfast porridge oats made nice and thick with just water, spoon of honey, handfull of frozen raspberry's. Love this - jumbo flakes give a really good texture, superfast fill in the gaps a bit, water means no indigestion, honey feels healthier than syrup and the frozen raspberrys defrost in the hot porridge, cool the porridge down and spread their juice around 😀

Theyve not been at the forefront of innovation for a while, but as a brand they are hugely successful and desirable.
And as far as consumerism is concerned that's good enough

My weekday normal:

Bowl of Alpen "Low Sugar" Muesli, with apple squash on it instead of milk, and an espresso on the side to get me to work.

Shortly followed by a pint of crap instant coffee at work.

Poached eggs from a vending machine?? What witchcraft is this?

Graham, it was pretty special, it's more of a vending locker system, money in, select number, door pings unlocked, remove egg boxes. They also had veggies and jam. 🙂

*edit* the eggs were bought in boxes, I poached them myself this morning! 😉

That's quite cool - though it's sort of a shame they can't rely on a simple Honesty Box.

An honsty box for cooked breakfast would not work. It would be like an honesty box for heorin.

Decaff cappuccino, hot water and lemon, all followed up with a nice big bowl of porridge with a handful of sultanas chucked on top.

Afraid it was not cooked food, it was eggs in a box, laid by the hens next door. They also had flowers for sale with an honesty box, but yes, it is a shame they need the locker system. REALLY good eggs though. 🙂

Two weetabix, halved back grapes, pot of black coffee and a copy of the Guardian, all presented to me in bed. All ace apart from the fact that I'd done the crossword online overnight.
