All going well this morning, kids off to school, nice cuppa of coffee and bacon butty for breakfast and all that needs doing is to print a few things for work. By 9.30 every thing is nicely lined up, final spell check etc etc and press PRINT......hold on not printing black ink despite a new full cartridge, no worries clean nozzles etc and PRINT.....nope thats not going to happen, no worries change ink colour to blue and PRINT....way hey its printing, nope hold on only 2 pages....replace CYAN....off to shop, fit new ink and PRINT.....nope, no worries clean nozzles again and charge cartridge and PRINT......nope replace magenta.......aggghhhhh off to shop again, replace cartridge and PRINT.......cartridge not recognised AAAAAGGGGGGGHHHH......nope, no worries clean nozzles again and charge cartridge and......Switch off and reset PRINT FOR FRACK'S SAKE PRINT.......replace black cartridge!!!!
At this point due to the printer sitting on the floor my size 10's can into action and kicked the bejesus out of the sodding thing....so No stuff printed for work, no printed as it is now in several small pieces and yet I am now somewhat calm.
I have spent more time fixing printers than any other IT problem. They are a law unto themselves. HATE Them. dont have one at home just cant handle the cost/faff.
