good story.
however, what always winds me up about these stories is the hypocrisy they invariably contain once the 'developed world' gets involved.
Self-taught William Kamkwamba has been feted by climate change campaigners like Al Gore and business leaders the world over.
Mr Kamkwamba - who has been flown to conferences around the globe to recount his life-story - has the world at his feet
Very environmental ๐ lets take a guy who wanted to help his village in an environmental way, and we'll turn him from a potential solution, into part of the problem!
I understand that the few examples of sustainability we come across need be shown to the world so they will take notice, but ffs, why does he have to fly everywhere? Haven't they heard of video conferencing?
Fair play to the man himself, good effort!.
