I agreed to sell some forks on via classifieds on Thursday evening. We agreed a price and I sent the chap my bank details. I also asked for his info so I knew where to send the forks.

Since then I have heard nothing. I have chased by email a couple of times and yesterday sent another email saying if I hadn't herd from him in 24 hours I would sell them to someone else (a mate who has cash waiting).

Well I haven't heard and am about to text my mate to say he can have them. Before I do.... am I out of order here, should I give him another chance?

No, sell to your mate. He's had his chance.

Yes, I'd sell them. Thursday was ages ago, he can't want them that much.

Unless he specifically said he would be un-contactable for a certain amount of time, then I'd say you're being reasonable.

You shouldn't have to keep chasing someone, and it sounds like you've given him ample opportunity to respond.

Just make sure he's not looting your account with the details you sent him! 😉
