On the twelfth day of Christmas,
Grim winter sent to me
Twelve weeks to spring,
Eleven more night rides,
Ten frozen fingers,
Nine grimy gears,
Eight knackered bearings,
Seven splashy puddles,
Six layers of clothing,
Five muddy things,
Four great excuses,
Three degrees outside,
Two wet to ride,
And a grumpy rider in a bad mood
I quite like Winter riding, but most of this came to be slogging through some endless mud a couple of weeks ago.
I'm sure you can do much better 😉
