Defo, won't be as good as fresh, but still miles better than the take away offeringd Joe, and quick too (4 pizzas between 3 of us, but the wife and wee yin can only ever manage one! 😁
Keep in mind that softwood pellets burn very quickly, so might not be that economical, and far as im aware dont burn as hot as hardwood like beech or birch pellets.
Pizza oven on in glorious sun shine with no jackets in sight…..even wearing my crocs to upset the purists.
Point taken, I shall endeavour in the future to be less thin skinned 8)
That said....crocs 😕
I started an insta for my baking/food stuff as I'm thinking about setting up a micro bakery, this was my latest effort with the Ooni Koda
Thought I'd resurrect this post to show off my latest pizza! First time putting Burrata on a pizza and I'm hooked!

Looks good.
There's a huge thread dedicated to Pizza oven achievements.

I’m sure your pizzas are fantastic, but not as good as from a pizza oven
I made this in my friend's gas ooni.
Never saw the appeal of pizza til I tried this. Couldnt eat a supermarket pizza now.
Officially the nicest pizza I have ever eaten.

Lidl have long pizza peels in at £9.99, if anyone is after one. Saves suffering severely scorched skin, seemingly.

As you are new to pizza, let me give you a tip - YOU DON'T EAT PIZZA WITH A KNIFE AND FORK.
YOU DON’T EAT PIZZA WITH A KNIFE AND FORK.
My M.I.L is so posh she eats spring rolls with a knife and fork
Owning a pizza oven has completely ruined all other pizzas for me, I've become hyper critical of anything. Unless it's a greasy deep pan, kebab shop pizza, they are still great in their own right.
Thanks, bot.
baby corn? too much stuff on that pizza.
