Due to circumstances, i didn't get my last weeks timesheet signed, it has been sent to agency and so far two weeks they haven't paid me. I have sent an email so far,nothing more, but have had no reply.
After hols will ring them to find out what us happening, but what are my options after that to get my money?
from my experience many years ago, get the time sheet back off agency, get it signed by the company and get it to the agency again. PITA.

If the company didn't sign the timesheet you'll find it difficult to get the agency to pay you, as they won't get the money from the client - until its sorted...
