If I were to do a kettlebell session is it a cardio or resistance session?
Routine is swing, press-ups,sumo squats,burpees,shoulder press x 2, HIIT 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.

I'd say it's a combination of both. Is that 5 exercises, 20 secs on each one, twice through? I don't want to sound like an arse but that's a lot of rest amongst 100 secs of exercise.

I do 5 circuits, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest,totalling 15 minutes or so. This is it-

Again depends what you do, Turkish Get Ups more strength, 50 Russian swings with 24kg is cardio-tastic.
